Doesn't play the right chord

I'm using Cubase 11 and I'm having a problem I've never seen before with RealGuitar Classic. When I program a Dm chord, RGC plays Fm7, in fact, any chord plays as Fm7!! But only on one bar, all ather chords play correctly.
I've searched for artefacts, stray notes, etc, but theres nothing. I changed to another track with no difference. I even shifted everything along past that bar, but it still does the same.

I know you'll say the problems with Cubase, but its never happened before, and when I replace RGC with another VST, everything plays OK.

What am I missing??
