Company

During 1991 in Russia, a group of musical software developers formed an organization which would later become known as MusicLab.

This group included several multi-talented musicians, composers and software developers. Many years of research in musical theory, musical analysis and artificial intelligence led the MusicLab team to develop several unique technologies. From these technologies they were able to momentarily create rhythmic and harmonic guitar tracks in MIDI, making it possible to utilize guitar performing principles on keyboard instruments, and also allow one musician to play ensemble parts on a single keyboard. Further research led to inventions that enabled automatic interactive nuancing of musical performances according to score sheets — and even to perform music pieces interactively.

In the year 2000, a privately held company called MusicLab, Inc. was founded. MusicLab, Inc. now holds all trading rights to its software. Some of MusicLab’s commercial programs that employ our technologies are already available for use in your musical production.

These patented technologies let the team to create a new generation of musical software and hardware, unveiling previously unknown powers of MIDI technology.

MusicLab, Inc. is open for any kind of co-operation in the field of creating musical software and hardware. Please contact MusicLab, Inc. — contact@musiclab.com
