Problem with User Chords

Hello,

I am using RealLPC5 with the latest version of FL Studio 20. I have a problem with User Chords. I can create User Chords and save them to a bank, But when I close out the User Chord section I am unable to recall any of my user chords. When I hit the keyboard, I hear the same standard guitar chords. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
