|
|
|
I have used RealGuitar and other MusicLab products for years. I am currently using REALGUITAR STEEL STRING 5.0.1.7367.
In past versions, I would use controller 54 to put RealGuitar into CHORD mode. Using the Nashville tuning, the controllers for chord mode, pattern mode, and chord position don't seem to work. I can click MULTI in the interface, but as soon as my DAW starts playing, RealGuitar reverts to SOLO mode. What controllers or messages do I use to ensure it is in chord mode, pattern playing on, and chord position selected?
Thank you. |

konradh,
In 5th versions with new interface that don't have Chords mode (RealGuitar Steel String, RealStrat Elite) CC54 works as following:
- any value lower 64 will switch to Solo mode,
- any value higher 64 will switch to Multi mode.

Hmm. I have tried setting Controller 54 to 0, 64, 65, 100, and 127. All result in Solo Mode, not Multi. What am I missing?
For now, I will use the older RealGuitar 2, but I wold like to understand what the problem is. |

konradh,
Just checked - the issue with CC54 has been already fixed in version 5.0.2. So you need to update your RealGuitar to the last build.
