In RealGuitar Steel multi-mode, I've added a key switch to do a pull-off, which is working fine. How do I then turn it off again ready for when I next hit the same fret?
I tried hitting my key switch again, but that sounds a double note instead. |

nankij,
Not clear about the problem.
But note that chord pull-of (trigger) keyswitch works in such a way:
- you press a chord first and hold it
- then press pull-off (trigger) keyswitch key to trigger pull-offs of some voices
- if you want to hummer-on voices back to initial chord press any white Repeat key not used as keyswitch, or simply press same chord key(s) again - use sustain pedal to sustain the chord sound.
Hope that helps,
Regards,

Thanks for the quick response, and sorry for my late one, I've got email notifications turned on but I wasn't notified that you'd replied.
I've tried your suggestions, but they're not working for me, so I'm obviously misunderstanding something.
Here is a simplified version of what I'm trying to do - could someone please give me a recipe?
- I press and hold a D major chord
- Play the 1st string, which plays an F#
- I then want to pull-off the 1st string to an E (I can do this using the trigger keyswitch, but it doesn't sound like a pull-off).
- Play the 2nd string, a D
- Play the 1st string again in its original position (F#)
- Pull-off again to an E.
Thanks for your patience!

Julian,
Unfortunately such scenario (HO/PO for individual stings of your choice) is not possible in Multi mode. Didn't you try that in Solo mode?

Ok, that explains it. I'll give it a try in Solo mode. |
