I’m trying to send a transpose message to RG. What #CC will do this please? Or can I use midi learn? Where can I find what midi messages will work with RG?

bigalminal,

Unfortunately no MIDI automation for Transpose option, only KeySwitch FX.
Also we have no MIDI Learn functionality.

Regards,
Sergey

I used the Bome Midi Translator program to assign the keys of a computer keyboard to the repeat zone keys. Now to get transpose "+1" I need to press key "1", to get "+2" I need to press "2". And so on.

Thanks for that. I use the Bome for wireless midi transmission. I solved the transpose issue by setting up identical RG instances with the second instance transposed +1 in the RG settings. To make it work I keep the transposed RG muted, then at the right time I mute the original and unmute the transposed versions via midi.

No. Everything is done through midi sent wirelessly from my iPad. I take a router with me. I send to my pc using RTPMIDI and the Bome Midi Translator. The iPad software is called OnSong, which is for lyrics and chords, but it does a great job as a master midi controller.
