Hello,

I do not understand how to use * different Patterns * in FL Studio with a Real Guitar Plugin.

I suppose I'm going the wrong way !?

For example:
I open the piano roll.
I draw a chord # 1 with the mouse.
Now I want to add a certain pattern to this chord.
OK, that works and I can hear this pattern as long as I stay on the pattern tab.

Now I want to put another chord # 2 with another pattern at a later part of a song.

If I then set another pattern for chord # 2, it will also be used for chord # 1.
I do not want that, I want to use different patterns!

In this example I use the mouse to draw the notes into the piano roll.

Can I explain here the step by step way please.

Many thanks
Randy

DJRandy,

In pre-4 version you can use pattern from the DAW MIDI Track (drag the needed patterns to RealGuitar MIDI track and disable Library pattern by clicking Track button (it will be grayed out):

In version 4 and higher we've implemented Song mode letting you create pattern and chord tracks in RealGuitar window:

Hope that helps.

Reagards,
Sergey
