Real LPC/STRAT and DAW integration

I'm sure this has been asked many times, so, sorry for asking again, but couldn't find any posts...

I use Reason, keen to know how I record the output of RealLPC/Strat (I have both), e.g. in the VST I can select the chords and pattern, how do I "output" the midi to the DAW?

If there are post and articles I can read, please do point me in the right direction.

Have had the VST for over a year, and have made it work, but not in a way that feels integrated, always feels very hacky!

Hoping there are some simple (ish) instructions.
