More than 1 account question

Hi
I'm hoping someone can help with an unusual situation I have.
I helped a good friend install LPC3 while his Mac was in my studio and as he was out of the country I used an unused email address to purchase and activate the software.
Sometime later he decided to purchase another 2 guitars (RG3 & RS3) which he naturally activated and registered on his own email address.
Last night I told him about the latest offer from Musiclab which like me he wanted to also purchase RR & RE at a specially reduced price, however as he now has 2 different accounts, one that shows LPC3 and the other account that shows RG3 & RS3 he is unable to take advantage of this offer.
Is there anything that he can do so that Musiclab can see that both accounts are his?
One last thing is that both accounts have different names, a nickname that I used which he has been called for over 45 yrs and the other being his birth name which he used to activate the the other 2 guitars.
