Garagedrummer with Garageband?

I installed GarageDrummer on my Macbook Pro running Garageband 10.0.3. the GD component file is in my component folder as it should be, but GD isn't showing up in any of my effect or instrument selectors within the DAW. Anyone have any suggestions?
