| I bought RealGuitar from JRR Shop on Saturday. I registered it online and I was supposed to get some kind of confirmation and access to the installers within 1 business day. It's been almost 5 days now and I haven't received anything. What's going on? I can't install and use the product right now (I'm re-building my PC and re-installing everything so it may take me a couple of weeks) - I just wanted to set up a user account with my license info and downloads. I even opened a support ticket 2 days ago but haven't received any feedback so far. It's not good customer service I'm afraid. |
