I have been getting stuck notes on my Windows machine since around version 3.3.912, including 3.3.915. I just spent the day reinstalling a fresh Windows install and I'm still seeing the problem. Here is my signal chain:

Mac DAW system:
Mac OSX 10.8.2
Cubase 7.0.1
MOLP 3.3.915

-> Netgear GS605 gigabit switch ->

Windows XP64 SP2
Plogue Bidule 0.9728
MOLP 3.3.915
Kontakt 5.1

Watching the MOL Monitor on the Mac and Windows machines, I can see note offs (and occasionally note ons) getting dropped on the Windows side.

I can upgrade to Windows 7 if x64 is no longer supported.
