Hello
Im trying to connect Snow Leopard with Xp machine via Ethernet cable. I've set up on OSX automatic IP, on XP 192.168.1.3 subamask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.254 DNS blank, then installed on both machines MIDIOVERLAN on there in no midi activity both way...
Did I set up someting wrong? I tried manual IP on mac but still same. How should I set up machines to get MOL woring?
I would be so much thankfull for any hints. I've been trying do it for about 3 hours so far...
Best regards

The only solution I found was to install UltraVNC on the Windows 7 PC, which will run as a VNC server. Then I used JollyFastVNC on the MacPro to login to the PC. It works fine and does not interfere with the MIDI ports like Microsoft's Remote Desktop for Mac.
