|

|
Hello,
Is RG compatible with patterns of RnC? I see that "muted strums" of RnC are not properly recognized by RG (instead of a muted strum, I hear a "hole" in music, as there's no strum) and even multi-bars patterns of RnC sound strange when used in conjunction with RG (usually, the first chord is OK, in the other chords lots of notes are missing)
Thanks |

ivanhalen,
1. Rhythm'n'Chords is not directly compatible with RealGuitar (i.e. RG doesn't 'recognize' the 'muted strums' of RnC). So you can only use RG with RnC as a plain sampler.
2. The 'hole' instead of the muted strum in a pattern can occur if you set too small value for Muted Strum length parameter in RnC (so to workaround that increase the value)
3. <usually, the first chord is OK, in the other chords lots of notes are missing>
That's a bug in Sonar 3.1.1 when using RnC with any DXi synth output.
To workaround it:
- switch Instant Mode in RnC (press ' I ' button on RnC toolbar)
- reduce the audio buffer size (latency) in Sonar as possible
