OK, I have a registered version MidiOverLan+ installed on an XP Pro box. Here are the specs:

P4 3.2 GHz 800 MHz FSB (Hyperthreading disabled)
2 GB DDR 3200 Memory
ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe (Intel 875 Chipset) BIOS Rev 1016 (latest)
2 Western Digital 80 GB 7200 rpm HDD
M-Audio Delta 1010LT
Windows XP Pro SP1 running in a Standard PC Mode with APIC disabled
The box has been given a clean bill of health by SiSoft's Sandra, which is a utility I have come to trust.

I have run SX 2, Reason, ReBirth Live, Moog Modular V, 2 instance of Minimoog V and had a CPU usage of about 30%.

Under the Drivers32 section of the registry I have 6 different drivers listed, including the MidiOverLan+ driver.

When I open the MidiOverLan+ driver from the control panel, the CPU usage on the resource meter shoots to 100%. If I wait a while, I can configure the driver. At no time does it ever lock the system up.

I have a total of 37 MIDI ports on this system, 8 of which are provided by MIDIYoke. Has MIDIOverLan+ been tested with this many ports on a single system? Has MIDIOverLan+ been tested with MIDIYoke?

Once the configuration is done, it works like a champ. Sonar on one box is dumping into SX 2 on the XP box.

Let's see what we can find out. The product works, so this is not a show stopper
