Can't lock transports in Cubase 4 (MAC to MAC)

I have 2 Macs running Cubase 4.5.2 and I'm having no success syncing them together.

The Master is a MacPro (OSX 10.5.6) and the Slave is a G4 (OSX 10.4.11).

Both computers have MolCpII installed and I have no trouble triggering or playing a virtual instrument on the slave from the master via MIDI.

I believe I have set the master and slave to send/receive on the correct MOL ports in their respective "Project Synchronization Setup" pages and I have the slave set to receive external sync still no success in locking the 2 transports.

Anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
