DTPD under Vista

Ive been trying to get DTPD to work with Sonar 7.02 in Vista. I keep getting this message "CSynthMidi::AllocResources():
There is no MIDI outs in the system"
I have downloaded the Vista patch to no avail it seems. Can someone help please

Big Al,

We've got it.
I checked DTPD in Sonar 7.01 on Vista - works OK here on our system

Maybe the problem occurs after you load certain synth to DT in standalone mode. Try to run DT standalone and load DLS synth as Out Port. Then quit DT, run Sonar, and try DT in Sonar again.
