Fill-in Drummer not showing up as MFX in SONAR

Only Slicy Drummer shows up as an MFX. Fill-in Drummer isn't in the Cakewalk Plug-in Manager list. How can I fix this? I've re-scanned several times.

SONAR PE 6.2.1

Checked in Sonar Producer 6.2.1 - Fill-in on its place as MFX
