How do I get low tunings to work with RealStrat?

Most songs I play are in Drop D (DADGBE) or Drop C (CGCFAD) tuning but they don't work with anything but RealEight. I own RealStrat, RealGuitar and RealEight but I don't always like the sound of the RealEight and want to use RealStrat or RealGuitar.

Low tunings don't work with RealStrat or RealGuitar because the Key Switches start at Eb1. Is there a way to disable the lower key switches, so the lower notes play? Has this feature been added to the new version 6?

Support emailed me how to get this to work. On the right side below the BassZone button, you can select the lowest note as E1, D1 or C1.

I sometimes write guitar parts with low notes down to A0 and to get it to work I use a MIDI transpose plugin in my DAW REAPER to transpose it up 7 notes, so I can still notate the notes with their correct names. Then I go into the Tune tab at the top of RealStrat and lower the Coarse tuning -7. The note names don't display correctly in RealStrat because they're transposed but the correct notes are being played from the MIDI notes, so it's a good workaround if I need to use a very low tuned guitar but want the sound of the RealStrat.
