Strange Warning

Can someone explain what this means. I purchased Real Guitar a week ago and I'm getting this warning each time I close Cubase.

As I don't know how to post pics, I'll describe it.

Its headed GuitarView, and says ...

Exception: 0xC0000005 at
Musiclab::ComPropertyPage::Deactivate

What is it and what do I need to do?

UPDATE...Real Guitar is now crashing Cubase, I'd appreciate a quick reply.

That's known issue with Cubase 11.0.30. We've fixed it already.
