RealGuitar 5 not showing front-end in Cubase 5

I first installed RealGuitar 5 3 weeks ago. Worked fine, as it always did with my old Realguitar. I had a computer crash yesterday, I had to install all music programs and vst's. Realguitar shows in my vst list, but when activated, is shows a blank screen or a very small icon. I cannot access any of the functions. Can someone please help and tell me what I'm doing wrong? As a standalone it works fine. Everything can be accessed.
I have a screenshot of the problem, if anyone would like to see it.

Please email us to supportbox@musiclab.com about the problem. Provide your OS and Cubase version.
