Real Guitars no longer performing controls

I recently upgraded to a new machine, and now I've discovered a problem with my old instruments. In my new instances of Cakewalk SONAR (X3a build 209 x64), all my old projects somehow work fine, but when I add a new instance of any Real instrument (version 4.0.0.7250), it won't produce any pitch bends or modulations. I've also noticed that it won't read the old VSTi versions, and will only load the VST3i ones. Any idea why this would be?
