How do you pluck a RealStrat? Its standard sound is picked. I see strum modes. I see plucking mentioned in the introductory paragraphs. But I don't see anything that says, "This is how you pluck a RealStrat."

Can anyone tell me how to make a plucking sound?

Thanks

The difference between the hard, sharp attack produced when a pick plucks the string as opposed to the softer, warmer attack made when a finger plucks a string.

harleygnuya,

RealStrat samples were recorded with a pick.
To softer attack you can:
- switch off Pick noise (MIXER panel in right menu bar)
- move 'high' slider in Accent section (left upper corner of RS window) hard right.

Regards,
Sergey
