| So I'm still deciding on whether or not to purchase this DAW. I have a Vortex that is only 3 octaves. This makes the playability of the trigger notes and the performance section rather limited. How do you deal with this? |

Chensa,
3 octave is too limited for solo mode, but will work well with chordal modes.
Take a look at Jeff Abbott playing, though his Roland AX 1 has some more keys than Vortex:
