Can't Log In to Download

Hi. I already own RealGuitar, RealStrat, and RealLPC. I just bought RealRick but can't log on to download it.
- After the purchase, the instructions on the screen said to use my email as both user name and password. That doesn't work.
- The instructions in the email I received tell me to use my email (with "-5") on the end plus the password in the email. That doesn't work.
- I also tried my normal email without the "-5") along with my password. That doesn't work.

What am I missing. THANKS!
