Steve,
Unfortrunately in your case that can happen only if you previously used the illegal version of RG.
To change the situation please write the details to: supportbox@musiclab.com

mmm.. i don't think i have this problem... but it sounds fishy to me... i will experiment here and see if i'm so unfortunate to have this issue as well.
Good luck guys! Hopefully there's an easy solution that Sergey is going to be able to find for us soon . Keep yer hopes up. these guys are good. They've demonstrated this to me over the past ocasions... over, and over, and over... except when they go on holiday ... then again... if they work hard they also deserve it don't they? _________________ You're gotta love RealGuitar! |

Over eagerness on my part that is !
I tried it again last night Sergey.
As long as my chord note finger has been lifted I can change chord no problem. 9It takes a little practice and is different from the wy i play a keyboard (a bit lazily) The repeat function is great. And I see the progression on playing Minor, seventh etc chords. 7ths are close as they are great accents ending a bar...good logic !
Nice...it'll take a little practice playing, I'll have to get the RnC RG connection up next to see how that plays out (My RnC pro has been used only with VSampler and with Edirol in Sonar) and also get around to getting and trying the RG patterns too.
My apologies ...
It sounds great ...tried the double steel string .... great punch and dominance!

@burmuda: dont forget u can change you're chord detect time. Its in the lil setup menu. If you reduce the ms then you wont have to wait as long before playing the next chord. However this means you will have a shorter time to hit all the notes so that Rg detects the right chord. |

I use RG as plugin for Acid Pro 4.0 and manipulate it using piano roll. I don't have problem with solo setup. But then, when I used chords, the up stroke doesn't work. All are down stroke. I cannot simply make the repeat keys work. Please help |

Froi ,
Maybe Acid has different octave numbers (In RealGuitar Cubase system is used - the lowest octave is '-2'. ). That's why you can't use Repeat Keys correctly (by default the Repeat keys are assigned to C5-C6 notes, i.e. the 5th octave notes).
To easily find Repeat key octave: black keys will always trigger the muted sound, if so, the octave is correct.
Hope that helps.

Thanks Sergey, you're a genius!!!
Repeat keys in Acid starts at C7. Now I can start making my own pattern.
BTW, can I define my own chords and still apply that up and down strum?
Thank you once again. |

Froi,
Use Solo mode to construct your own chords.
/In Solo mode you can also use Repeat key zone for up/down/muted strums/
