I purchased RealStrat during a Black Friday sale, as I was given the activation code from Sweetwater I then went to your website to download it.

Upon finishing the download I prepared to install it, but was met with an error.





When trying to install they pop up in sequence the first one being





1: insufficient free disk space.



2: cannot prepare main package.

Probably corrupted package, incorrect TMP/TEMP variables or there is no execute permission for temporary folder.



3: I/O error 145



I have tried many things, the first being trying to fix the CRTDLL.DLL file which most cases seemed to fix the problem in other situations,



The next was to check for any errors or corrupted sectors of the hard drive which there were none.



After that I re-installed Windows 7



But to no avail it did not work.



The installer that I downloaded does in fact work, I put it on a thumb drive and put it on my laptop and installed perfectly.



Once seeing who developed your installer (ethalone) I went to their site and downloaded a free version of the product that in fact did not install as well, so perhaps a correlation between the installing software.



Or perhaps it has something do the programming coding Delphi, which seems to have in the past caused I/O Error 145.



I hope that the information that I have provided can help you help me, to be able to enjoy your product on my computer.





My system is Windows 7 64-bit home edition

Toshiba 3 TB hard drive

Corsair 16 GB RAM

Sandy Bridge E Intel quad core hyperthreading

Hi, I am having the same problem with ALL of your product demos (RealGuitar, RealStrat, RealLPC, DrumToolsPD)...

is there already a solution to this?

FYI I have a Win7 x64 system,

I have already tried:
deactivating my ESET Nod32 virus scanner
running with admin permissions
running in Vista and XP compatibility modes

none of them helped
