serial number?

Hi! I have both the real guitar 2L and the real strat. I have just upgraded my computer to a windows 7 64 bit - I'm using Cubase 6 in 64 bit.

I am going to reinstall Real strat and Real guitar - however, I have seen on the forum that you need to download the updates in order to get these to work in a 64 bit environment. When I try to download I get a question on the serial number of the product. Where do I find that? I've tried every number on the discs - and get the response invalid no. each time. Can someone help? Thanks! I managed to download the updaters! Realguitar now works very well! But the Realstrat ran into problems on the update from 1.0 to 1.2... I get this error message on the Realstratengine dll file not beiring recorded - and then the whole update is aborted and rolled back... what can I do?
