It's there in RealLPC, but in the latest RS version (1.2.0.6050) there's no Pick Position control (plectrum) anymore...
The setting is still available when hovering the mouse over the upper string until the text "Pick position: x" is visible. Then press left mouse button and drag left or right.
Checked in standalone and VSTi mode

Download the Update one more time, it seemed to be fixed, otherwise report it to Musiclab and they fix it.
