Unable to Install Newest Update

Still unable to install the newest update. Still getting the message that a newer version already exists (and can not install this particular update). After downloading this version, TODAY, and activating it, I'm still getting all of that code gibberish that is noted (above) in my initial post.

By the way. . . my initial post is dated July 15th.

Still no replies to my request for assistance.

Please. . . any insight to this would be greatly appreciate. Musiclab people: I own 3 of your products. They work great, thank you! Musiclab, you have created great products!! However, it would be nice to receive some support when something does not work great.

You need to drag the uninstall mol3 from your musiclab folder in applications - the drop the entire thing into Terminal. It will uninstall the entire folder plus all the residual remnants of it from your system so you can install the new one.
