greyed out MIDI monitor on PC

I only get a grey out MolCp Monitor and no midi transmitting on all three PCs, however my G5(Mac) shows the MINI Monitor as transmitting?

I am runing XP home on two machines and XP Pro on a three.

I am trying to start a new film and need help ASAP can you help me.

I am attaaching another reiver log.
