Come on guys! This isn't funny any more! Ok, your in Russia and I'm in the US. Lines of communications are extremely weak. It would be nice if I could at least get an acknoweldgement from you that you are doing something. You offered to send me a new build of RG with background loading disabled. That was a few days ago -- if you offered the version, I assume that it was ready for testing. Having to take weeks to resolve (what I think is a relatively simple problem) is becoming very frustrating. For all the money I have given you over the years, again, I would think you would give a bit more attention to me. I'm starting to doubt that I will ever buy software from you again seing that I have spend 300 dollars on useless RG software and you will not help. If you were in the U.S. I would have the option of taking you to court to get my money back, but because you are not in the US, you think you can act with impudence and not act with any urgency with my problem. At least I can use the message boards to publicize my problems and maybe other potential customers will reconsider buying your software.
