I think what he means is 1/3/5/7/9 (a Major 9th like a Major 7th)

A major 7th with a 9th added.. it is a very common chord.. I use it a lot in my writing. I would think many others do as well.
thanks for responding Sergey.. looking forward to version 3!

Probably the question has been asked already, but I wonder if version 3 would be Mac VST 64-bit compatible?

So reading between the lines, it looks like version 3 will actually support guitar controllers? Right?

You Rock Guitar YRG?

Axon?

Roland?

Fishman TriplePlay?

Nefada7,

Version 3 supports various input controllers:

- External MIDI keyboard (MIDI Keyboard mode)

- Normal guitar via MIDI converter, each string->individual midi channel (MIDI Guitar mode)

- Guitar Hero game controller via USB receiver (Joystick mode)

All modes allow MIDI step record and edit in the DAW

Regards,
Sergey

3 will be amazing! It seems to cover everything I'd like.

Now a stupid question on the upgrade pricing.

Right now there's a Best Services 2 for 1 deal.
I already have Real Guitar and Real LPC, but will the upgrade pricing be less that me buying these again at the 2 for 1 price, and getting the upgrade free?

Thanks,

Optional Microsoft Xbox360 Wireless Receiver for Windows (not included with the game set) - by scooby18 the link is correct. Please note that the Xbox receiver will not work with the Mac.

I'm a little fuzzy on the Guitar hero controller requirements since I don't have Guitar hero game.

It looks like I would need the PS3 Guitar Hero 5 Stand-Alone Guitar Plus a USB wireless receiver?

I found one here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Guitar-Hero-5-Wireless-Stand-Alone-Guitar-PS3-PS2-/140651931466?pt=Video_Games_Accessories&hash=item20bf82274a

But it does not mention anything about coming with the wireless receiver...

I would really like to use what is shown in the Demo #1 but am still not clear what or where to buy it. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,
Rick

Hi, I've just received notification of the oncoming release of Version 3 of RealGuitar, RealStrat and RealLPC... The e-mail mentions that the upgrade will be free for customers purchasing the product(s) from December 1st to December 31st... but will it be free for the rest of the previous customers, too? If not, will there be a special offer for those of us who own all of them and wish to upgrade them all?

And most important of all... When will version 3 be released? Wink

Thanks in advance.

It Actually says,

"Starting December 1st 2011 till the release customers who purchase our Real instruments will receive version 3.0 for free after release.

This offer is available in our online shop only."

so if you purchase today you still will get a free upgrade to version 3
