I am trying to purchase a copy of RG2 using your Ordering Page.
Whatever I do, all I get is a message saying "You do not have any items in your cart".
I have filled in all the starred fields correctly.
There seems to be a problem with the "Your cart" section at the top. At present it lists the MusicLab RealGuitar 2L bundle (which I want), and the CD ROM (which I don't). Clicking the Remove checkbox for the CD does not remove it -- I just get the same message as above.
I'm using Firefox: could that be the problem? |

Me again.
Yes, the problem was Firefox. I've managed to place an order using Safari.
(I hope you're not losing any customers because of that problem!) |
