I have just installed Windows XP Pro and am trying to install MOL but when asked for my reg no it tells me I am using the wrong address when I am using what was on the original purchase note. I have emailed Music Lab without success. Please help

I purchased MOL, and they billed my credit card, but they haven't sent me the serial numbers yet. I am begining to think something is not quite right.
