OSX 10.3.7-10.3.9 Now MOLCP doesnt work?

I have updated my os to 10.3.9 on 2 G5;'s that were communicating when using 10.3.7 but now they are not talking. Any idea why?

I think I am having the same problem.

Console reports:

Cannot start MIDI(E00002BC): (null)

MolCp: RunLoopSource not created, status codes 3228576, 0

Any help?
