I was thinking it would be cool to be able to force a note to a string by changing its midi channel... this way you could force open chords and do easier finger tappings a most importantly easy control with picking patterns.
Midi channel 1 - E(alternate D tuning) string
Midi channel 2 - A
Midi channel 3 - D
Midi channel 4 - G
Midi channel 5 - B
Midi channel 6 - E
or omni for similar use as it is now.
Just an element of control that is not really able currently, or at least not to my knowledge. Sergey, if something like this is available then could you explain how this could be possible? If not then I suggest something like this for your next guitar product.
Curtis... still waiting for the next versions... |

if strings could be seperated into midi channels then possibly you could do string dependant bending... while still having all other strings stay in pitch, providing more control over all variables that are at the hands of the guitarist.
