Here's another LPC demo. This is Limelight by Rush, and I used the Amp Designer that comes with the newest version of Logic Studio. I think it came out pretty good. I will follow this up with an original in the next couple of days, but this was a quick way to test out RealLPC.

this sounds great. I love Rush and you did a real good copy of Alex's guitar, Neil's drum and geddy's bass. What other virtual instruments did you use?

I agree! Well done.
I have RealStrat but not RLPC. I'm curious how this would sound substituting RS for RLPC. |

If you were to do this with RS, you could get fairly close by low passing it at about 2.4k, and taking about 7 or 8 db off at 50hz with a low shelf. It's close, but still sounds better with RealLPC.
The other instruments I used were Scarbee Pre-Bass and Steven Slate Drums, both of which I highly recommend! |
